Affiliate disclosure

Gear Receipts is reader-supported. Some links on this site are affiliate links. They are marked “(paid link)” next to the button. If you click one and buy something, the store may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the same.

Amazon Associates

Gear Receipts is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, Gear Receipts earns from qualifying purchases.

Other stores and brands

We may also earn from links to other retailers or to a brand's own store. No brand pays to appear on a page, to be ranked higher, or to have a flaw left out.

Prices

We don't print prices without a date, because they change all the time. When a price appears, it shows the date and time it was checked. Prices and availability are accurate as of that date and time and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on the retailer's site at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of the product. List prices quoted in our text are the launch prices reported by the testers we cite.

Videos

Our YouTube videos carry the same disclosure, in the video and in the description, and are marked as containing paid promotion when they include affiliate links.
